- Your name (first and last name), email address, phone number, and other contact details that you will provide when you complete a Contact Form. Our form contains a free-text comment section and we recommend that you refrain from providing sensitive personal information in that field.
- A resume or basic professional details that you voluntarily upload through Quick Apply
- Preferences or messages you include in contact or feedback forms.

Do we use “cookies”?Yes. Our information security program is aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001 information security management standard, and personal information is hosted on cloud infrastructure maintained under that program. Applicable laws may include the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, among others. Canada — Privacy Rights (PIPEDA)
If you are located in Canada, we collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”), including its consent, purpose-limitation, and accountability principles. You have the right to access and request correction of your personal information, to withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions), and to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (“OPC”) or, where applicable, your provincial privacy regulator. Philippines — Data Privacy Act Rights

India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act Rights
If you are located in India, we process your personal data as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). As a Data Principal, you have the right to obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you, to correct and erase your personal data, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity. You may direct any grievance to our Grievance Officer using the Contact Form, and we will respond within the period prescribed by law. We will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals of any personal data breach in accordance with the DPDP Act.
5. Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We share candidate and visitor information with our clients and service providers solely to deliver the staffing and recruitment services you have requested or applied for, and not in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration from those clients for the data itself. We require all clients and service providers who receive personal information to protect it under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We disclose personal information only when necessary for a legitimate business or legal purpose. This may include sharing information with clients and end clients to whom we provide our services and with approved third-party service providers such as payroll, IT, and analytics providers used by Cynet for its day-to-day operations. These service providers operate under strict confidentiality obligations and when applicable, are subject to oversight by government or regulatory authorities.
We require the clients and service providers with whom we share data to uphold standards of privacy, security, and data protection consistent with those described in this Policy.
