Positions We Are Hiring
Registered Nurse – Crisis Services
Provide direct nursing care within secure psychiatric crisis units, supporting patients through stabilization, medication management, assessments, and treatment. This role works closely with psychiatrists, APRNs, and an interdisciplinary team to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and support successful community reintegration.
Inpatient/Outpatient Psychiatrist
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adults and children through in-person and telehealth services. The psychiatrist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, supports inpatient and outpatient programs, and participates in rotating on-call and weekend coverage.
CSU Clinician I – Bachelor's Level
Deliver crisis assessments, intake services, treatment planning, and discharge coordination for adults and children receiving care in a secure crisis stabilization unit. This bachelor's-level position works with families, clinical teams, and community providers to support safe, coordinated, and effective care.
CSU Clinician II – Master's Level
Provide individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, risk assessments, and discharge planning within a secure crisis stabilization setting. This master's-level clinician collaborates with medical and nursing teams while helping guide clinical staff and coordinate continuity of care.
CAT Team Program Manager
Lead a multidisciplinary community-based team providing intensive behavioral health services to children and adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement. This licensed leadership role oversees clinical operations, staff development, treatment coordination, program compliance, and direct therapeutic services throughout the community.
CAT Team Therapist
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families experiencing serious and persistent mental health challenges. This community-based role develops treatment plans, coordinates services with families and partner agencies, and supports clients in achieving stability and greater independence.
Licensed Outpatient Therapist
Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy services to children and adults in an outpatient behavioral health setting. This licensed clinician conducts biopsychosocial evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, provides crisis intervention, and connects clients with appropriate resources and services.
FACT Team Leader
Lead a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive, community-based treatment to individuals living with severe and persistent mental health conditions. This licensed leadership role oversees daily clinical operations, staff supervision, treatment coordination, program compliance, crisis response, and direct client services.
Positions We Are Hiring
Registered Nurses (RN) – Crisis Stabilization Units
Location:
Bartow & Lakeland.
Pay:
$39/hr base rate plus shift differentials.
Shifts:
Day (7am–7pm) or Night (7pm–7am) 12-hour rotations available.
Psychiatrists (Full-Time & PRN)
Location:
Inpatient and Outpatient facilities in Lakeland and Bartow.
Pay:
$230,000 base salary plus additional on-call pay and productivity incentives.
Shifts:
Full-time and PRN options (including telehealth and on-site rounds).
Licensed & Master’s Level Therapists
Location:
Outpatient, OnTrack, and CAT Team Therapists.
Pay:
Required for specific roles (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT), with Registered Intern positions also available.
Shifts:
Base salaries range from $46,760 to $57,000+ with quarterly productivity bonuses.
Behavioral Health Specialists & Managers
Location:
Outpatient Practice Manager and CSU Behavioral Health Specialists.
Pay:
Bachelor's degree required for Specialist roles; leadership experience required for Management.
Shifts:
Engaging, fast-paced work in secure crisis stabilization or outpatient wellness environments.
