Cynet Health Ranked on the 2025 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 2,848 Percent, This Marks Cynet Health’s Sixth Time on the List

Sterling, VA – August 12, 2025 – Inc., the leading media brand and playbook for the entrepreneurs and business leaders shaping our future, today announced that Cynet Health is No. 2493 on the annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list provides a data-driven snapshot of the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, and Patagonia.

“We are thrilled to be recognized for the sixth time on the Inc. 5000 list, especially with such remarkable growth amid a challenging economic landscape,” said Ash Mayur and Nick Budhiraja, Co-CEOs of Cynet Health. “This milestone is more than just a number. It is a reflection of the heart, determination, and talent that our entire Cynet Health team brings to work every day. From our recruiters and support staff to the incredible healthcare professionals we serve, every person plays a part in driving our mission forward. Our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare staffing solutions, building lasting relationships, and creating opportunities for clinicians nationwide continues to fuel our growth. We are grateful for the trust of our clinicians, clients, and partners, and excited for the road ahead as we innovate, expand, and keep raising the bar for what healthcare staffing can be.”

This year’s Inc. 5000 honorees have demonstrated exceptional growth while navigating economic uncertainty, inflationary pressure, and a fluctuating labor market. Among the top 500 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate reached 1,552 percent, and those companies have collectively added more than 48,678 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

“Earning a place on the Inc. 5000 list is about more for us than growth metrics — it’s about what that growth enables us to do for the patients and communities our healthcare professionals serve,” said Marc Fucci, Chief Strategy Officer at Cynet Health. “In a time when healthcare systems are facing unprecedented and worsening talent shortages, our privileged ability to connect facilities and patients with highly skilled professionals directly impacts care outcomes and patient experience. Every placement means a community has greater access to timely, quality care — and that’s the lens through which we operate every single day.”

“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant change. They didn’t just weather the storm—they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”

Tips for First Time Travelers

Ask yourself why you want to travel

Why do you want to travel? Is it money, the experience, or perhaps both? Can I afford to travel? How does this affect my personal life?

Know before you go

Confirm if weekends, evenings or on-call are expected. Get clarification on accommodations and other necessities.

Arrive a few days early before your report date

Be familiar with the area you will be living, as well as the lay of the facility where you will be working, and importantly, the parking if applicable. It is ideal to live withing a reasonable proximity to your new work place.

Educate yourself

There are many social media groups, travel nursing sites and experienced travelers to get insight. Join relevant support groups. It can also be a great way to make new friend.

Be flexible

Working in the medical field is no doubt demanding. Long hours and night shifts are often the norm. It is more likely that more opportunity will be available for those that can be flexible.

What to bring

As a traveler, “less is more”. The beauty of minimalism is that it allows flexibility for future opportunities. Always remember the necessities; your certifications/credentials, and government id’s. A passport and comfy shoes are recommended, too? You are a traveler, after all!
